A Pioneer in the Trout World.
In the early 90s, GreatHunting swept through the Japanese trout market with the X-70 Trout, then the world’s thinnest trout minnow equipped with a weight transfer mechanism, and X-55 Trout, the world’s first injection trout minnow under 60mm.
These were crafted specifically for native trout such as the masu salmon in the Tenryu River and the char and amago hiding in the valleys of central Japan mountains.
This relentless dedication captured the hearts of many native trout enthusiasts and fed the nascent waters of trout lure fishing that grows and continues to this day.
The Mountain Stream Edition, a quarter-century later, still pursues true GreatHunting at a higher dimension.
Carrying the specs of a new generation, it creates an entirely new native trout game.
